Hannah Mitchell-Harrison is a graduate of The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, and has been a freelance pianist since 2009. Her work has included performing with her flute and piano duo Tranquillo, who recorded two albums and has travelled worldwide, performing classical concerts onboard cruise lines such as Cunard, P&O and Saga. Hannah is the founder of South Wales Pianist, where she works with a small team of pianists to provide piano music for weddings and events across South Wales and the UK. She is also a grades, jazz and diploma examiner for ABRSM both in the UK and internationally. Hannah is now based in both South Wales and Hertfordshire, where she in demand as an accompanist and runs a thriving piano teaching practice. In 2020, Hannah created The Freelance Musician, a platform that seeks to support freelance musicians as they build their career from the ground up, providing resources such as The Freelance Musician Podcast, Masterclass and Workshop.
