YCAT is delighted to announce that cellist Petar Pejčić has joined Weigold & Böhm for worldwide general management. 

Following a period of exceptional growth and artistic development, this new partnership marks a significant milestone in Petar’s burgeoning international career. His trajectory has been defined by high-profile successes, notably as the youngest finalist and 5th prize winner at the 2022 Queen Elisabeth Competition, followed by 2nd prize at the 2023 Paulo Cello Competition before joining the YCAT roster in 2025.

This announcement comes at a particularly vibrant time for Petar, who has been selected as an ECHO Rising Star for the 2026/27 season. This prestigious appointment will see him make his debut across 20 of Europe’s most iconic concert halls.
