He has also acted in a wide range of aviation disputes involving aircraft finance, leasing, design / manufacture of aircraft and helicopters (including coronial inquests), as well as aviation regulation including allocation of slots and the right to fly; for banks in relation to claims made under the Proceeds of Crime Act (‘POCA’) 2002; in trade finance disputes; in disputes to recover assets in the control of those alleged to be operating a “Ponzi Scheme”; and in arbitrations concerning insurance, joint ventures and infra-structure disputes.
