Building the foundations of a career for a young musician is not commercially viable. It is labour intensive, requires significant time, energy, expertise and crucially: financial investment. 

What makes us unique is our long-term commitment to artists.

We don't just support them for a year - we provide 3-5 years of career management, artistic development, and performance opportunities. 

In recognition of your support, you will be invited to follow your artist’s journey, attend performances and will be acknowledged in their biographies worldwide and forever know you have played a vital part in their journey to becoming an international artist or ensemble.

It costs over £20,000 a year to support and manage each artist. Unlike the commercial managements, we don't rely on a purely commission-based income generating model. 

Rather, from the outset, we have relied on the philanthropic generosity of individuals who share our belief in the importance of nurturing the next generations of artists. 

By Adopting an Artist you will: 

• Invest in a young artist's future by funding their professional development and livelihood for 3-5 years, enabling their multi-year training, travel, opportunities and more
• Enable hundreds of high-profile performance opportunities during their YCAT tenure giving financial stability and income allowing the artist to grow and develop their craft. 
• Support vital promotional, PR and digital materials essential in building young artists’ reach and profile.

Levels of support 

• Syndicate supporter  - £9,500
• Named ‘Adopted’ artist  - £15,000
• International Artist Award  - £35,000
