Katie Manasse founded Polyphony Arts in 2018 after a decade in arts management. She combines a love of working in the arts with a dedication to excellent workplace rights, equality, diversity and inclusion, and the importance of a balance between work, artistry, and all the things that make up a life outside of work.
Polyphony Arts offers bespoke and responsive artist management, career strategy and development for musicians and others working in the arts, festival and concert management, fundraising, PR and marketing for a wide range of projects and artists.
Katie is also the founder and host of Music Works (https://polyphonyarts.com/music-works-podcast/), a podcast focusing on examining the music industry from the perspectives of the people working and existing within it.
Katie’s work is built around an understanding of the mental and practical challenges presented by being an artist in today’s music industry.
