Do you need help addressing negative self talk? Are you struggling to let go of angst?

As musicians at the start of our careers, it's an exciting time exploring possibilities and opportunities but it can be overwhelming too. In a world of 'endless possibilities' how do you forge a path that's appropriate for you? What's standing in the way of you becoming your best musical self?
.
We are offering 30-minute individual coaching sessions with Marion Friend MBE, exploring these questions and more in a confidential, welcoming and supportive environment. YCAT's coaching sessions provide you with the opportunity to renew your focus and motivation by engaging with some essential self-reflection. In this session you and Marion will think together about your career goals and the enablers and barriers to your success.
