We are delighted to announce that the first album recorded as part of YCAT's new partnership with Delphian has been released. Tabea Debus's 'Ohrwurm' was recorded earlier this year in Broughton St Mary's Edinburgh in collaboration with lutenist Alex McCartney and gamba player Jonathan Rees. The collection explores musical 'earworms', celebrating the longevity and power of these melodies which stretch from the 14th century to the present day.

Tabea Debus is one of the most exciting young musicians in the early music world…

In this first year of our partnership with Delphian, LSO principal oboist Olivier Stankiewicz & pianist Jonathan Ware, and the longstanding violin/piano duo Benjamin Baker & Daniel Lebhardt have also joined the Delphian family, recording at Queen's Hall in Edinburgh in August. YCAT's exciting new partnership with Delphian Records is driven by a shared commitment to creating world-class musical opportunities for the most exciting, talented young artists.
